The International Arbitration Court administers class arbitrations for cases
where the underlying agreement specifies that disputes arising out of the
parties’ agreement should be resolved by arbitration and the agreement is silent
with respect to class claims, consolidation, or joinder of claims.
Effective 2010: The
International Arbitration Court
will retain a portion of the administrative filing fee if a party files a demand
for arbitration that is incomplete or otherwise does not meet the filing
requirements contained in the Rules, and if the deficiency cannot be corrected
in a reasonable period of time.
